October is the National Cyber Security Awareness Month!

National Cyber Security Awareness Month or NSCAM is an annual campaign to raise awareness about internet security. Today, we live in a world that is more connected to the internet than ever before. The Internet today plays a big part to everyone’s daily life. Sometimes, we are not aware that there is cyber attack that harm our personal information and data. NCSAM is designed to engage and educate the public and private sector partners through events and initiatives to raise awareness about security, provide them with tools and resources needed to stay safe online, and increase the resiliency of the Nation whenever they are on the online risks.

The security awareness this month of October is created by the National Cyber Security Alliance or the NCSA and the US Department of Homeland Security in 2004 to help all  American citizens to stay safe and secure whenever they are online. Even the government is trying to snoop on our internet datas. Recently, there is a news that the Canadian police wants a law that will force every people to give their computer passwords. We all deserve the right to have a privacy to all of our personal data be protected from any cyber attack.
